2007-2008 Community Service

This is our Adopt-A-Family Christmas committee

Every year OABB adopts a family through the Salvation Army

The committe is given a budget and a wants list from the family

and the shopping begins

At checkout we re-checked our budget

The gifts are starting to pile up - which is good

Then we take the gifts back to our club

and the wrapping begins

All members pitch in to get the many gifts wrapped

even the primary members

The gifts are in all shapes and sizes

some require a discussion before wrapping

This is our wrap wrap wrapping committee

Then we took them to the Anaheim Angels stadium

This was the collection center for the Salvation Army

Many boxes for the food items for a much-needed Christmas dinner

Good job committee!
